• May petition for reinstatement of an unconditional license upon satisfactory evidence of completion of the terms and conditions of this Order.

Nature of Misconduct: Engaged in unethical or improper conduct; inability to practice medicine due to illness; became addicted to a drug or intoxicant; and violated the terms of his Health Professionals Services Program Participation Agreement.

Action Taken: Dr. Dech's license is suspended, but the suspension is stayed contingent upon Dr. Dech's compliance with the following terms and conditions:

• Shall participate in the Health Professionals Services Program ("HPSP") and fully comply with all terms and conditions of his HPSP Participation Agreement. Shall sign releases allowing HPSP to provide a copy of his Participation Agreement and all compliance and treatment data to the Board. A violation of his HPSP Participation Agreement shall constitute a violation of this Order.

• May petition for reinstatement of an unconditional license no sooner than four years from the date of the Order and upon petitioning, shall submit evidence satisfactory to the Board, of a minimum of four years of documented, uninterrupted recovery commencing no sooner than the date this Order.
