Nature of Misconduct: engaging in conduct likely to harm the public, medical practice which is professionally incompetent; failure to conform to minimal standards of acceptable and prevailing medical practice.

Action Taken: Mr. Bogale's license has been conditioned and restricted as follows:

1. Reprimand

2. He shall retake and pass the National Board for Respiratory Care credentialing examination within one year from the date of the Order.

3. He is prohibited from practicing in an intensive care unit.

4. He may petition, in writing, for elimination of the intensive care unit restriction after successful completion of critical care coursework.

5. He may petition for an unconditional license upon completion of all the terms in the Order.

1. He shall comply with all the terms of his February 23, 2017, State of Washington Medical Quality Assurance Commission Stipulation to Informal Disposition;

2. He shall not practice medicine in Minnesota until he has met the conditions of the Washington Stipulation to Informal Disposition;

3. He shall first meet with the Board's Complaint Review Committee if he intends to practice medicine in Minnesota; and

4. He may petition for reinstatement of an unconditional license in Minnesota after submitting sufficient evidence to the Board that he has satisfied the terms and conditions of his Stipulation to Informal Disposition, or submitting a copy of his Washington Order of Unconditional License or its equivalent.
