MVCC announced the following additions to its faculty and staff for the Spring Semester

UTICA, NY (04/25/2013)(readMedia)-- Thomas Palumbo, of Frankfort, joined the faculty of the College's Center for Social Sciences, Business and Information Sciences. He has been teaching financial, managerial, intermediate, governmental not-for-profit, cost, and computerized accounting, financial management, and various business/entrepreneurship courses.Palumbo holds an M.S. in Operations Management from the SUNYIT and a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Fredonia. He previously held positions at General Electric in Utica and Crossit Concrete Products in Hamilton. He also has taught at Herkimer County Community College, SUNY Morrisville, and the Utica School of Commerce.

William E. Hunt III, of Brockport, joined the College's for Center for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics as an instructor.He holds a New York State Teacher Certification from Buffalo State College and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. He has held positions as an engineer for Eastman Kodak and Harris RF Communications of Rochester.

Ibrahim Rosic, of Utica, was named Director of the Learning Center at Mohawk Valley Community College. He has been a tutor and mentor in the Learning Center since 2002.Rosic holds an M.S. in Advanced Technology, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology from SUNYIT, and an A.A.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology from MVCC.
