MacKenzie Wellington Honored by Hartwick College

MacKenzie Wellington '28 of Watervliet, New York, was recognized as an Andrew B. Saxton Undergraduate Fellow in Spanish during Honors Convocation on April 29. Fellows are selected by faculty in each department to honor outstanding achievement in their respective fields. They serve as student assistants within their major department and receive a tuition credit.

In addition, Wellington received the John Dewey Award, which recognizes an outstanding student who best exemplifies the philosophies and goals of the Education Department.
