CANTON , OH (06/22/2011)(readMedia)-- John Estes, Ph.D., of Canton, Ohio, assistant professor of English and director of creative writing at Malone University, has published his most recent book of poems, Kingdom Come (C & R Press, 2011).

In addition, Dr. Estes will be presenting a series of readings in Bloomington, Indiana; Columbia, Missouri; Lawrence and Newton, Kansas; Estes Park and Leadville, Colorado; and Omaha, Nebraska throughout the course of the summer.

Dr. Estes is also the author of two chapbooks: Breakfast with Blake at the Laocoön (Finishing Line Press, 2007) and Swerve (PSA, 2009), which was selected by C.K. Williams for a National Chapbook Fellowship from the Poetry Society of America.
