Marcel Philmore, Central Penn College Criminal justice administration student, has been named the Student of the Month for February 2012.

SUMMERDALE, PA (02/23/2012)(readMedia)-- Marcel Philmore, Central Penn College criminal justice administration student, has been named the Student of the Month for February. Arriving at Central Penn during the fall term of 2010, Philmore will graduate with a bachelor's degree in May 2013.

Graduating from Central High School in his home city of Philadelphia, Philmore was encouraged to attend Central Penn College.

"I'm most passionate about having a positive influence on others and trying to improve their lifestyles through my actions the best way that I can," says Philmore. "You never know who's looking to you for inspiration."

Currently, he is a member of the college's student ambassadors and enrolled in the college's leadership development program.
