Markquis Nowell earns USBWA All-District Honors

University of Arkansas at Little Rock sophomore guard Markquis Nowell has been named to the United States Basketball Writers Association (USBWA) All-District VII team, announced March 10 by the organization. District VII comprises Division I schools within the states of Arkansas, Texas and Louisiana.
