Mary Alice Rebis Named Senior Enlisted Advisor to Air Force Legal Council
Broadalbin Airman receives new rank, responsibilities with New York National Guard

LATHAM, NY (03/03/2011)(readMedia)-- Chief Master Sergeant Mary Alice Rebis, a Broadalbin, N.Y. resident and member of the New York National Guard Joint Force Headquarters recently received a promotion and new job assignment February 1st as the New York Air National Guard's Paralegal Career Field Manager and Senior Enlisted Advisor to The Judge Advocate General's Air National Guard Council.
Rebis has more than 30 years of service to state and nation with the Air Force and Air National Guard.
As the Senior Enlisted Advisor, she now advises the Air National Guard Assistant to The Judge Advocate General, United States Air Force, on all enlisted paralegal matters. As the Air National Guard Paralegal Career Field Manager she is responsible for the management of over 185 ANG paralegals throughout the 54 states and territories within the United States.
Upon her selection, she was promoted to the rank of Chief Master Sergeant and attached to the U.S. Air Force Headquarters in Washington, D.C.
Rebis enlisted in the Air Force in October 1980. She began her career as an administrative specialist. She retrained into the paralegal career field in 1994 and served with the New York Air National Guard's 109th Airlift Wing in Scotia and more recently, the Joint Force Headquarters Staff Judge Advocate's Office.
Rebis lives in Broadalbin, N.Y. She is the daughter of Robert and Caroline Kosowicz of Yarmouth Port, Mass.
