CANTON , OH (06/22/2011)(readMedia)-- Matthew Phelps, Ph.D., of Canton, Ohio, chair of the Department of Psychology, has accepted the appointment of director of faculty development at Malone University. As the director, Dr. Phelps will chair the faculty development committee and work with the committee to facilitate faculty development activities throughout the academic year beginning with the August faculty retreat. The appointment was announced by interim provost Donald Tucker, Ph.D.
