McDaniel College student awarded Gilman Scholarship to study abroad

Faith Young, a junior at McDaniel College from Takoma Park, Md, has been awarded a $4,500 Gilman Scholarship to study abroad at McDaniel's European campus in Budapest, Hungary.

She is one of 1,413 recipients from 427 colleges and universities across the United States selected to receive the prestigious U.S. Department of State's Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program.
