McDaniel students perform in African Drum Ensemble
McDaniel College students perform in the Student African Drum Ensemble on Thursday, Nov. 18, 7 p.m. The performance, which is free and open to the public, takes place in the Naganna Forum, Roj Student Center at McDaniel College, 2 College Hill, Westminster, Md.
The Ensembles are under the direction of McDaniel music department faculty member Pape Demba "Paco" Samb, a "Senegalese Griot," or West African historian, storyteller, singer, poet, dancer, and musician.
