McDowell Receives Dr. Mark Millsap Biology Scholarship at ECU

Patrick McDowell, right of Okemah, was the recipient of the Dr. Mark Millsap Scholarship from the Biology Department during East Central University's College of Health and Science Awards Banquet this past spring. Presenting McDowell with the award is Dr. Michael Bay, professor of biology.
