McKoy Named 2026 CSC Academic All-District
Josh McKoy of the Kutztown University men's basketball team has been named to the 2025-26 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team.
McKoy, a sophomore criminal justice major from Reading, Pa., made 17 starts and appeared in all 26 games for the Golden Bears this past season. He averaged career-highs of 5.9 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game. Academically, McKoy carried a 3.69 cumulative grade point average at the time of his nomination.
The CSC Academic All-District Teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions - NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
To be eligible for Academic All-District honors, student-athletes must have a 3.50 cumulative GPA or higher and be at least a sophomore academically and athletically. In the sport of basketball, student-athletes must have played in 90% or started 66% of their team's games.
