Medaille Student Shares Opinion on Governor's Tuition Proposal in Buffalo News Feature

Medaille College students continue to voice opposition to New York Governor Andrew Cuomo's Excelsior Scholarship Program, which aims to provide "free tuition" to students who attend SUNY and CUNY institutions. One of these students is Medaille senior Petrina Sciandra, and she had the chance to share her opinions in a Buffalo News feature on February 17.
