Media Advisory: NYSDOT to Hold Press Conference Monday, December 21 at Empire State Plaza
ALBANY, NY (12/17/2009)(readMedia)-- New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) Acting Commissioner Stanley Gee will hold a press conference on Monday, December 21, at 1:30 p.m. at the Empire State Plaza to announce a first-of-its-kind sponsorship arrangement for NYSDOT's Highway Emergency Local Patrol (HELP) roadside assistance service.
Ride-alongs in HELP truck vehicles will be available after the press conference for those who sign up in advance. To register for a ride-along, please contact Peter VanKeuren at 518-388-0342 or pvankeuren@dot.state.ny.us.
