Media Advisory: OGS to Host 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony

New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Commissioner John C. Egan and other local officials will come together at the State Capitol to reflect upon the events of September 11, 2001.

The ceremony will serve as a tribute to those lost, on the ninth anniversary of the attacks on the United States. A ceremonial wreath will be laid and musical performances by local singers and bagpipers will mark this solemn occasion.

The public is invited to attend.

When: Saturday, September 11, 2010, 10:00 a.m.

Where: North Side of Empire State Plaza, New York State Capitol, Albany
