Megan Rabe Earns Prestigious Academic Award at Illinois College
JACKSONVILLE, IL (07/13/2012)(readMedia)-- Megan Rabe of Ursa was among the students recognized on April 27 when the liberal arts college held its annual Celebration of Excellence, a daylong celebration that allowed students and faculty to take part in activities that commend academic excellence, a hallmark of the college since its founding in 1829.
Rabe, a sophomore, was awarded the Rose and Henry Arroll Scholarship, the Frances Frisch Memorial Award, the Excellence in Sociology Award, inducted into Alpha Kappa Delta, and named a Rammelkamp Honor Scholar.
The Quincy Notre Dame High School graduate is the daughter of Mike and Karen Rabe of Ursa.
