Men Horseshoe Throwers Compete in Championships at Iowa State Fair

DES MOINES, IA (08/27/2024) (readMedia)-- Horseshoe throwers from across the state competed in the Iowa State Elders and Iowa State Men's Championship divisions of the Horseshoe Contest Saturday, August 17, and Sunday, August 18, at the 2024 Iowa State Fair.

The State Fair hosts horseshoe competitions every Fair day. All Horseshoe Pitching competitions take place on the horseshoe courts just east of Farm Bureau Pioneer Hall.
