Miami University senior

A Miami University senior in the Department Social and Behavioral Sciences has been named a Charles J. Ping Student Service Award Winner for 2023 by Campus Compact Ohio.

This award was created to recognize and honor undergraduate students for their outstanding leadership and contributions to community service and/or service-learning on their campus and within their community. Thirteen students from across the state of Ohio are receiving this honor with two students being recipients of the Legacy Award and $250 being donated to a non-profit organization of their choice.

Each outstanding student nominated for this recognition embodies the mission of Ohio Campus Compact by contributing to the civic and community engagement of students on their campuses and active involvement in the community.
