Michelle Ojeda of NAU excels as fitness instructor for Campus Recreation Services
FLAGSTAFF, AZ (02/13/2013)(readMedia)-- Michelle Ojeda of Rio Rico, AZ and sophomore at Northern Arizona University is a fitness instructor for Campus Recreation Services.
Michelle has been teaching Zumba classes for Campus Recreation Services for six months and recently renewed her Zumba Basics 1 License which will help her continue to inspire others through the fusion of Latin dance and fitness!
Group exercise classes are provided by NAU's Campus Recreation Services as part of the Fitness programs. The group fitness programs allow students to stay happy, healthy, and in shape within a fun environment. NAU's group exercise classes are rewarding, fun, and challenging. The Zumba class at NAU combines fast and slow rhythms that get the heart pumping. It's a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps perfect for anyone with or without dance experience.
Campus Recreation Services is a hub for student activity at Northern Arizona University and is located within the Health and Learning Center. The center includes a fully equipped weight room, cardio theater, basketball courts, aerobic and dance studios, an indoor climbing wall, racquetball courts, a MAC court, and more. Campus Recreation Services also includes the Wall Aquatic Center, which offers an Olympic-size pool complete with eight 50-meter lanes, diving boards, and underwater filming and viewing windows; Club Sports; Intramural Sports; and the NAU Outdoors, which provides trips and classes around the Southwest.
