Yvonne York last seen at 3625 Bainbridge Ave., Bronx, NY

ALBANY, NY (02/05/2008)(readMedia)-- Yvonne York, who lives in a residential home in the Bronx on Blackrock Ave., was last seen at her adult day program at 3625 Bainbridge Ave. in the Bronx.

She is 5’ 5” tall, African-American of Jamaican descent and weighs approximately 180 lbs.

Yvonne York has MINIMAL verbal skills, has not been taught to travel independently and is not able to independently use the telephone.

She is diagnosed with severe mental retardation and diabetes; the diabetes is controlled with oral medication.
