Missouri S&T's Army ROTC to be Color Guard for Cardinals game
Students from the U.S. Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) Stonehenge Battalion at Missouri University of Science and Technology will serve as Color Guard on Saturday, April 26, at the St. Louis Cardinals baseball game at Busch Stadium in St. Louis. The Missouri S&T students will participate in the pre-game ceremonies on Saturday, prior to the game's 3:05 p.m. start. The Color Guard will carry the National Color and other flags appropriate to its position in the chain of command. The game will be the Cardinals' first regular season home game versus the Pittsburgh Pirates. The Stonehenge Battalion is selling discounted tickets to the game for $25. The tickets are for seats in section 446 Infield Terrace and have a $40 face value. To buy tickets, contact Vickie Baker, administrative assistant in Army ROTC at S&T, at 573-341-4744.
