Morgan receives two scholarships from ECU's Department of Education

Sarah Morgan, right of Ada, received the John and Ruth Boone Scholarship and the Bill and Margaret Harris Scholarship during the East Central University Department of Education's 2019 Spring Awards Luncheon. Pictured with Morgan is Dr. Phyllis Isaacs, associate professor of education. The John and Ruth Boone Scholarship is awarded to a student, from Ada High School, who is majoring in education, who plans to teach in the public school system and has maintained a minimum 3.0 GPA.
