Mother Daughter Look-alikes Impress at the Iowa State Fair

DES MOINES, IA (08/21/2018) (readMedia)-- Over twenty entrants from across the Midwest competed in the Mother-Daughter Look-alike contest judged Sunday, August 19 at the 2018 Iowa State Fair.

First place was awarded to Kim and Allison Clark of Leighton. Second place went to Amy and Eva Thomas of Urbandale. Amber and Alexas Johnson of Altoona received third place.

The contest was part of "Rural Americana Olde Tyme Competitions" in Farm Bureau Pioneer Hall. First prize was awarded $5 and ribbons were awarded to each class.
