SPRINGFIELD, IL (06/04/2017) (readMedia)-- Jason Humke, of Mundelein, Illinois, with the Joint Force Headquarters was promoted to lieutenant colonel June 3 during a ceremony at Camp Lincoln, Springfield, Illinois. Humke, who has more than 20 years of service, will now serve as a military judge after serving as the Illinois National Guard Deputy State Judge Advocate.
