NCC Offers Finger-Picking Guitar Class

BETHLEHEM, PA (10/08/2018) The Luthier program at Northampton Community College's Fab Lab helps you learn to play the instruments you've built or are planning to build. The class will cover the basics of finger style guitar, the techniques of playing blues, folk, Travis, and classical styles, basic patterns for accompanying and techniques to play the melody with the chords. With a little practice participants will be able to play several complete songs.

The class will be held on Thursdays from November 1 - 29th, at 6:30 p.m. at the Fowler Family Southside Center, 511 East Third Street, Bethlehem. The fee is $249.
