NCC to Prepare Employees to Take ServSafe Manager Certificate Exam

Food safety is essential to any food operation

BETHLEHEM, PA (12/04/2018) Make sure that you and your employees are in compliance with food sanitation practices.

Northampton Community College (NCC) will prepare participants to take the ServeSafe Manager certification, on Monday, December 17 and Wednesday, December 19, from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., both days, at Alumni Hall, Bethlehem Campus. The workshop includes home study and classroom review.

A textbook, "Seventh Edition ServSafe Manager," is required reading before the course and can be purchased used or new. The fee for the workshop is $155.
