National Leaders Address Issues of Government Transparency
Open Government in the Digital Age Summit in NYS
ALBANY, NY (03/19/2010)(readMedia)-- The Office of the New York State Chief Information Officer/New York State Office for Technology and the New York State Archives will host the 2010 Open Government in the Digital Age Summit on Friday, March 19, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Clark Auditorium in the Cultural Education Center (New York State Museum), in Albany.
Featured speakers include:
9:45am -10:30am David S. Ferriero, Archivist of the United States
11:50 am - 12:30pm Beth S. Noveck, U.S. Deputy Chief Technology Officer for Open Government
4:10pm - 5:00pm Paul Taylor, Chief Content Officer, e. Republic, Inc.
More than 250 people representing local and state governments, industry and academia are expected to attend.
