Nazareth College Hosts Honor Flight Benefit Concert, August 16

ROCHESTER, NY (08/06/2014)(readMedia)-- Nazareth College is honored to host the Honor Flight Rochester Benefit Concert on Saturday, August 16 at 7 p.m. in the Callahan Theater of the Nazareth College Arts Center, located at 4245 East Avenue, Rochester, NY 14618. All proceeds from the concert will go directly to Honor Flight Rochester, a program that flies all Rochester veterans to Washington, D.C. to visit the monuments built in their honor. Hosted by WROC-TV's Maureen McGuire, the 2013 Honor Flight Rochester Benefit Concert will feature Rochester's Prime Time Brass Band, The Rochester Metropolitan Jazz Orchestra, and The Image City Sound Chorus of Sweet Adelines International, and The Mighty St. Joe's Drum Corps, The Greece American Legion Post 468 Color Guard, Bugles Across New York State, and the "Salute to the Heroes" Grand Finale. The Patriot Guard Riders of Western New York will also make a special presentation. Emotion-filled audio-visual pieces will also be presented by C47 Films.
