New Bedford Resident Alexander Zarecki presents senior project for Connecticut College Arts & Tech Program

NEW LONDON, CT (05/17/2012)(readMedia)-- Alexander Zarecki presented a senior project for the Connecticut College Ammerman Center for Arts and Technology 2012 Certificate Program on May 4. Zarecki, a 2008 graduate of New Bedford High School, is the son of John and Elizabeth Zarecki of New Bedford. Zarecki's project, titled "Incidental Matters," was a music, dance, theatre, poetry, sculpture and technology-based performance.

The Ammerman Center for Arts and Technology gathers together faculty and students to explore and integrate technology and the arts. This certificate program incorporates an intensive research project, independent studies, course work, internships and research initiatives. The Center encourages imaginative thinking, and offers state-of-the-art labs for the student to create a self-designed integrative project.
