New York Lottery to Award $2,000,000 in Prizes to Two Rochester-Area Winners

SCHENECTADY, NY (08/24/2010)(readMedia)-- The New York Lottery's Gretchen Dizer will present over-sized prize checks to two different Rochester-area Lottery players who each claimed a $1,000,000 prize in August. The winners include an LPN from Greece who claimed his $1,000,000 New York Poker prize on Friday the 13th and a property manager from Rochester who won $1,000,000 on the Big Money scratch off game.

The event will be held at the Wilson Farms store that sold the winning New York Poker ticket.
