New York State Rifle & Pistol Association Endorses Roger J. Cusick For Albany County District Attorney

TROY, NY (10/23/2008)(readMedia)-- The New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, the nation's oldest -- and New York State's largest -- Second Amendment organization announces the endorsement of Roger J. Cusick for Albany County District Attorney.

Mr. Cusick's belief in the individual right of the citizens of Albany County to keep and bear arms, the sanctity of the home, understanding that criminals - and not lawful citizens - are responsible for crime, and the importance of the recent Supreme Court Heller Decision have earned him this important endorsement.
