New York State Rifle & Pistol Association Urges Gov. Patterson to Sign Ontario County Hunting Bills

TROY, NY (07/20/2009)(readMedia)-- The State legislature has passed companion bills A-7581A and S-6057 allowing for big game rifle hunting throughout Ontario County. The New York State Rifle & Pistol Association thanks Assemblyman Brian Kolb and Senator Dale Volker for sponsoring these bills on behalf of area sportsmen, and we encourage Gov. Paterson to sign this legislation promptly so it will be in effect for hunting season this fall.
