Nicole Gugliotti of Wolcott earns Quinnipiac University award
HAMDEN, CT (05/29/2013)(readMedia)-- Nicole L. Gugliotti, of Wolcott, received the William B. Shaffer Jr. Award from the graduate cardiovascular perfusion program in the School of Health Sciences at Quinnipiac University.
The award, which was presented on May 11 at the university's Graduate Awards Ceremony, recognizes a graduate student who exhibits outstanding performance in both academic and clinical areas of study. The award also recognizes the recipient's high moral character, leadership qualities and their significant contributions to the cardiovascular perfusion program and the university.
Quinnipiac is a private, coeducational, nonsectarian institution located 90 minutes north of New York City and two hours from Boston.
