No Stewing After State Fair Tomato Cooking Win

DES MOINES, IA (08/24/2011)(readMedia)-- Daphane Trevillyan of Urbandale wowed the judges to claim first place in the Dei Fratelli Tomato Creations competition judged Saturday at the 2011 Iowa State Fair.

Entries were judged on taste.

The Iowa State Fair Food Department is the largest of any state fair in the country. Food Department judging is held in the recently-renovated Elwell Family Food Center sponsored by Blue Bunny.
