WILLIAMSPORT, PA (04/21/2014)(readMedia)-- Noah Klingborg of Bethlehem, PA plans to attend Lycoming College this upcoming Fall 2014 semester. Noah is the son of Kevin and Beth Klingborg and will be graduating from Liberty High School this spring.
