Nursing Students to Host Barbecue, Throw Pie at Faculty to Benefit Charity

DANVILLE , IL (05/02/2016)(readMedia)-- The Student Government Association at Lakeview College of Nursing is planning an event that will give students and community members the opportunity to purchase a pulled-pork sandwich, chips, and a drink for $5 and the opportunity to pie a nursing instructor in the face for $2. Proceeds from the pie event will be donated to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.

Raffle tickets will also be available at $1 each or six for $5. There will be a variety of prizes including gift cards, movie concessions at the Savoy 16, and a back pack from Body N' Sole.
