OGS to Hold Public Auction for Parcel in Fulton County

ALBANY, NY (07/07/2009)(readMedia)-- New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Commissioner John C. Egan today announced that OGS will hold a public auction on Tuesday, July 28, 2009 of 2.9 acres of land in the Town of Johnstown (Fulton County). The auction will be held at the Fulton County Office Building, Meeting Room # 1, 223 West Main Street, Johnstown.

Registration begins at 10:30 a.m.

Description of Property For Sale:

The property to be auctioned is an unimproved vacant parcel, of approximately 2.9 acres located on the north side of County Highway 107, at the division line between the lands granted to Don Brown Bus Sales and a parcel of state land to the east. Reserving 35 feet in width for 399.29' frontage along County Highway 107, is 300' in depth on the west and 289.46' on the East easement. The minimum bid for this property is $11,500.
