Ohio Wesleyan University inducted 25 second-year students into its Phi Society honorary during a campus ceremony April 1.
The Phi Society recognizes sophomores who achieved a grade point average of 3.30 or better during their freshman year and who also are in the upper 20 percent of their class.
Founded in 1929, the Phi Society is sponsored by Ohio Wesleyan's chapter of Phi Beta Kappa, the nation's oldest academic honor society.
