SPRINGFIELD, MA (05/09/2012)(readMedia)-- Cristina L. Olivo of Springfield has received the Student Association Citation of Community Service Award at Western New England University. Olivo is a senior graduating with a degree in Psychology. Western New England honored the winners of the 2012 Cocurricular Awards at a ceremony on April 28.
The Student Association Citation of Community Service Award is given to a student who, through volunteer service, demonstrated significant involvement in and contributions to the external civic community.
Western New England University is a private, independent, coeducational institution founded in 1919.
