SCRANTON, PA (06/21/2013)(readMedia)-- Patricia Lamsey Dungan of Chattanooga received the Outstanding Academic Award in Human Resources at The University of Scranton's College of Graduate and Continuing Education commencement ceremonies. She was one of 32 graduate students honored for their academic achievements by the Jesuit university, which conferred 748 master's degrees and 65 doctoral degrees in physical therapy.
