Pelham, NH Resident Alexandra O'Donnell Joins The New Plays Festival

MILTON , MA (10/31/2012)(readMedia)-- Curry College is pleased to announce that Pelham, NH resident, Alexandra O'Donnell, daughter of Lucy Rosado, will be playing the role of Stephanie in Kelly Martin's Oz University as part of Curry Theatre's Sixth Annual New Plays Festival. Known to her friends as Sandra, O'Donnell is a 2012 graduate of Pinkerton Academy. She appeared in Londonderry in a production of Grease, and in Derry in Aladdin. Currently a freshman majoring in Psychology, O'Donnell is making her Curry Theatre debut this Fall.
The Sixth Annual New Plays Festival, showcasing original student 5-10 minute one act plays, will run Saturday, Nov. 10th through Monday, Nov. 12th at 7:30 p.m. at Curry College, in the Oscar B. and Frances A. Keith Auditorium at the Academic and Performance Center on the Milton Campus, 1071 Blue Hill Avenue, Milton, MA. Tickets are $10 and may be reserved at 617-333-2259 (Option 2).
Founded in 1879, Curry College is a private, four-year, liberal arts institution located on 135 acres in Milton, MA. Curry extends its educational programs to a continuing education branch campus in Plymouth, MA. Curry offers 20 undergraduate degrees as well as graduate degrees in business, education, criminal justice and nursing, with a combined enrollment of approximately 4,150 students. The student body consists of approximately 2,000 traditional undergraduate students, 1,650 continuing education and 500 graduate students. More than 1,400 of its students reside on the Curry campus. The largest majors are business management, communication, nursing, criminal justice and education. The College offers a wide array of extra-curricular activities ranging from 14 NCAA Division III athletic teams to an outstanding theatre program.
