NEW YORK (12/20/2019) (readMedia)-- In response to the news today that Governor Cuomo will expand coverage for New Yorkers seeking treatment for mental health conditions and addiction, Phoenix House New York President and CEO Ann-Marie Foster released the following statement:

By lowering the barriers to entry, including co-pays and preauthorization for treatment, more people will be able to get the help they need.
