Quandt Joins Retail Council As Office Manager and Executive Assistant
ALBANY, NY (01/22/2009)(readMedia)-- The Retail Council of New York State announced today that Nilsa Quandt has joined the association as executive assistant and office manager.
Ms. Quandt will be the primary administrative assistant to the president and chief executive officer as well as other Council managers as needed, and will oversee the general management of the Council's facility and service providers.
Previously, Ms. Quandt held the position of executive assistant/office manager with the New York State Assembly. She has also served as an office manager for the government relations firm of Harris & McCormack and as executive assistant at the law firm of Featherstonhaugh, Wiley, Clyne & Cordo.
"Nilsa's years of experience will be a great asset for the Retail Council," said Retail Council President and Chief Executive Officer James R. Sherin. "Her exceptional organizational skills and talents will help keep the association running smoothly, and will help continue our tradition of excellent member service."
Ms. Quandt lives in Albany and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration.
