ALBANY, NY (01/24/2023) (readMedia)-- On Wednesday, nearly 200 workers, advocates, business owners, electeds, and members of Teamsters 804, 1199 SEIU, and 32BJ will hold a worker speakout at the Capitol Dunkin Donuts and a rally at the Million Dollar Staircase to urge Governor Hochul to raise New York's minimum wage to at least $21.25 by 2027. The rally will take place two weeks after the Governor committed to indexing the minimum wage during her State of the State Address.
