Re: Next Edition of "Transitions" Consumer Information Column from the NYS Funeral Director's Association

Instead of "Green Burials", the subject of the next Transitions will be "Grief When a Teenager Dies". It will be transmitted to you via ReadMedia before or during the week of October 27. This column discusses grief that is experienced when a youngster dies unexpectedly, and how to cope with such a loss.
"Transitions" is compiled by Bonnie L. McCullough, executive director of the New York State Funeral Directors Association (NYSFDA). Founded in 1889, NYSFDA maintains a Website at www.nysfda.org and conducts ongoing educational programs that inform consumers about all aspects of funerals and end-of-life issues.
