Recent JMU alumna lands prestigious Department of State fellowship

Catesby Ware of Tappahannock, a recent graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, is this year's recipient of the Frasure-Kruzel-Drew Memorial Fellowship sponsored by the U.S. Department of State.
