ALBANY, NY (08/15/2007)(readMedia)-- The attached letter was sent today to the New York Temporary State Commission on Lobbying in an effort to determine if Joseph Sandler must register as a lobbyist with the Commission.

According to media reports, Mr. Sandler, one of the Democratic National Committee’s top outside lawyers, was brought in as a special advisor to the Senate Democrats with a role of tracking and influencing Senate hearings and legislation.
