Roane State's Jenks receives Colton Stout Memorial Scholarship

A Roane State freshman in the college's EMT program is the latest winner of the Colton Stout Memorial Scholarship. Regina Jenks, 21, a graduate of Anderson County High School, was selected by a Roane State Foundation evaluation committee as the winner of the annual $1,000 grant
