WEST HARTFORD, CT (02/04/2013)(readMedia)-- Robert Black of Hartford, associate professor of double bass in The Hartt School at the University of Hartford, received a promotion to full professor by the University's Board of Regents Executive Committee. Black was one of 19 professors at the University of Hartford to earn promotion and/or tenure on Jan. 24.
